  • As the founder and president of the award-winning Electric Bicycle Brewing, Elliot has mastered the art of building forward-thinking brands in competitive markets. His strategic acumen and trend analysis skills have enabled him to distinguish his products in crowded segments. Recently, Elliot has leveraged his expertise to consult on and manage ten diverse product launches, ranging from niche craft brands to large-scale international co-pack manufacturing projects.

  • Jason holds an M.Sc. in Molecular Genetics and brings over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His career includes a tenure as head of the RX Division for a leading dermatology company. With expertise spanning medical devices, pharmaceuticals, fertility, and cannabis industries, Jason has built and led operational, regulatory, and quality systems. Prior to joining HYTN, he co-founded The Flowr Corporation (TSXV: FLWR), where he served as SVP - Operations and Chief Research and Innovation Officer.

  • Paul More is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience in public accounting, corporate governance, and specialized healthcare administration. As the CFO and Corporate Secretary of HYTN Innovations Inc., Paul leads the financial strategy and regulatory compliance for the company’s manufacturing and global export operations.

    In addition to his role at HYTN, Paul has served as the Interim CFO for the Nisga’a Valley Health Authority for over a decade, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to public sector financial leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UNBC and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM).

    A dedicated community leader, Paul has also served as a Director for Volunteer Terrace since 2015, leveraging his financial expertise to support community development in British Columbia.

  • Fabian Monaco is an accomplished entrepreneur and capital markets expert with over a decade of experience in investment banking, law, and executive leadership. Currently serving as a Director for HYTN Innovations and Planet Ventures, he provides strategic oversight for high-growth companies in the technology and wellness sectors. Mr. Monaco is most notably recognized as the co-founder and former CEO of Gage Growth Corp., where he scaled the business into a premier brand before its landmark $545 million acquisition by TerrAscend. His professional foundation includes senior roles at Scotiabank, GMP Securities, and XIB Financial, and he continues to advise on complex M&A and financing transactions through his boutique practice, Giumar Capital.
